Daily intake..
7:30am 2 eggs omelet + 1 green chilli + 1/2 banana + 1 cup berries
10am Protein bar
1pm chicken + brown rice
then the rest of the days plan:
4pm protein shake
5pm gym (short workout before class)
6-9pm PT class (I have chicken & salad in the break)
9pm 2 eggs or a protein shake (no carbs)
..Probably a little too many meal replacements but I have a hectic day, it’s sometimes...
I had to do 100 pushups before I even started...
I remember when i couldn’t even do 1 pushups hehe
